Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business hours during store hours (Monday-Sunday). Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order ships.

📦 Packaging & Safety

Secure Packaging: All orders are carefully packaged to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. E-liquids are sealed and protected to prevent leaks.

Age Verification: All shipments require adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Valid government-issued ID will be required.

🚚 Delivery Information

Tracking: All orders include tracking information sent via email. You can track your package in real-time through our website or the carrier’s website.

Delivery Attempts: If delivery is not successful on the first attempt, the carrier will make additional attempts. Packages will be held at the local post office or carrier facility for pickup.

Holiday Shipping: Delivery times may be extended during holidays. Please allow extra time for orders placed during holiday periods.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the state of Texas and surrounding areas. International shipping is not available.
