- 30 Days: Unopened, unused products in original packaging
- 14 Days: Defective products or incorrect items received
- 7 Days: Opened products (subject to inspection)

- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized orders
RETURN PROCESS & REQUIREMENTS
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
- Email us at returns@thevapedistro.com within the return window
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Provide photos if the item is defective
- We’ll review your request within 24-48 hours
Step 2: Return Authorization
- If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Include the RMA number on your return package
- Returns without RMA numbers will not be processed
Step 3: Package and Ship
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Ship to: The Vape Distro Returns, 11252 Harry Hines Blvd suite 307, Dallas, TX 75229
- Use a trackable shipping method
REFUND POLICY & TIMELINE
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days)
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Refund Methods:
- Credit Card: Refunded to original payment method (5-10 business days)
- PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account (3-5 business days)
- Store Credit: Available immediately for future purchases
Partial Refunds:
- May be issued for items returned in less than original condition

- Defective items receive full refunds
EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
Product Exchanges:
- Available for unopened items within 30 days
- Must be of equal or greater value
- Customer pays difference for upgrades
- Refund issued for downgrades
Defective Product Replacements:
- Free replacement for defective items
- Must be reported within 14 days of receipt
- Photos of defect may be required
- Replacement shipped once defective item is received
Warranty Claims:
- Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products
- We assist with warranty claims and returns
- Processing time varies by manufacturer
